NVision completed a multi-phase feasibility study for the establishment of an in-territory addictions and trauma treatment system, facility, and programming. This included extensive research on potential models for addictions and trauma treatment, culturally appropriate to the NU context, as well as consultations and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders. The Nunavut Recovery Centre is currently in its construction phase.
