Emma Dicks

Emma Dicks is a Technical Researcher for the Lands Studio service basket at NVision. Emma completed a Bachelor of Environmental Design (2021) and a Master of Landscape Architecture (2025) at the University of Manitoba. Emma is passionate about the protection and preservation of northern landscapes and the role of landscape architects in bringing people and nature together. Emma has received numerous academic and leadership awards through her education, including the SSHRC Canada Graduate Scholarship – Master, Manitoba Association of Landscape Architects Fellowship in Landscape Architecture, and the 2025 Olmsted Scholar from the Landscape Architecture Foundation.

Emma enjoys reading, painting, playing competitive women’s soccer, and spending summer days at her family cabin in the Kenora, Ontario region.
