Vivien has over 15 years of experience building organizations, evaluating, and expanding programs and projects, and influencing public policy for the United Nations, international, national, regional and Indigenous charities, non-profits and communities to advance socio-economic development and self-determined governance structures and processes. Vivien currently is part of the Land Claims Agreements Coalition team and is engaged in other projects across NVision. She is passionate about building relationships, sharing her gifts with others to make a difference, and learning from others. When she is not working, she is spending time in nature with her son and connecting with the land.
