Maddison is the Learning and Development Coordinator at NVision Insight Group. Maddison is a recent graduate from Carleton University. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree before completing her Master of Arts in Northern Studies. As a student, Maddison taught Organizational Behaviour to second-year students in her role as a Training and Development Course Leader. Her graduate research focused on the Environmental, Economic and Social impacts of non-renewable resource extraction in Northern Canada. You can find Maddison at the ski hill, in the gym, playing tennis or out for a run when not at work.
